On Wednesday, December 6th, 2023, tragedy struck the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. 3 faculty members lost their lives to a shooter on campus. As a student at UNLV, this hit extremely close to home- I had been in the building where this all took place not even 30 minutes the chaos started. Fortunately, I had an off campus meeting right after class so I had already left and was able to support my friends and community from a distance and open my home to a friend in need.
This sticker was a request from members of my community who wanted a way to show their support in the healing process of our school, our city, our community. All profits from this sticker will be split and donated across the 3 memorial scholarships set up in honor of the 3 professors who lost their lives.
